Shipping Policy

All of our items are shipped from our Adelaide warehouse. This means that it could take between 1-10 days for your item to arrive. Please check the specific product's page as there will be information as to any delays with that particular item.

We also offer FREE POSTAGE for all orders within Australia!

Please understand that there are currently postage delays across the country, due to the pandemic. Therefore many deliveries are taking longer than expected.

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer customers a 30 day return policy for unwanted items. Our Australian address will be provided for returns. Return postage will be paid for by the buyer, unless the item is incorrect or faulty. The returned item must be in the exact same condition it was received.
